Physical Items

The Library maintains a comprehensive directory of all held tests and assessments. The library has limited numbers of most materials and works to ensure that all programs that require assessment use have access to copies. 

Depending on the available inventory and demand, the library offers (but cannot guarantee) term-long checkouts for assessment courses.

Requirements for Class Pick-Ups for 1-to-1 Ratios

If your assessment course uses physical materials and the library has the ability to provide a term length check-out, the following requirements must be adhered to:

• Class rosters must be submitted to the library at least two weeks prior to the start of the term.
• Pick-ups are required to occur at the start of the class. Please plan on a pick-up taking between 15-20 minutes. 
• All materials are pre-checked out to students when the library has the inventory to provide a 1 to 1 ratio with students.
