The Library's Chat Service is staffed predominantly by the Library's Student Employees during its regular hours.

Knowing that students sometimes may need help even after the library closes, the Library has invested in a Global Chat Cooperative. The cooperative is made up of libraries that pool their times in order to provide 24/7 coverage to students, faculty, and staff. For us at The Chicago School, it means that students can access assistance with basic help questions when the library is closed.
