How to Save Your Research
While OneSearch is undergoing required maintenance November 22 - December 6, you will not be able to save (pin) items you find to your OneSearch (library) account.
You can still save the items you find in OneSearch using these alternatives:
- Save to a Citation Manager (Zotero, Mendeley, Endnote, etc.)
- Copy the citation, and paste to a document
- Email
- Print
Watch this short 3 minute video on how to save items, or read the instructions below:
How to Save Items Found in OneSearch:
1) First click on the menu ... on the top right of the item you want to save:
2) Next, choose the format you want to use to save the item (citation download, print, email, etc.)
If you are using a Citation Management tool, the easiest way to save items is using the browser extension for your citation manager.
If you do not currently use a citation manager, getting started is easy! Check out the library guide on Citation Management or watch this quick 3 minute video on how to use Zotero, a poplar and free citation management tool:
Or check out the library's Citation Management Guide if you want to learn more, or need help choosing a citation management tool.
